ABOUT JOBCENTRE AFRICA

Jobcentre Africa is a consortium formed by private and public organizations across Africa to foster job creation and defend the rights of workers and employees in the continent by partnering with agencies and parastatals in compliance with local and international laws.

Jobcentre Africa uses entrepreneurial approaches to solve the problem of unemployment and abject poverty in Africa. Jobcentre Africa comprises of notable African Business Mongols who bring in their wealth of experience to direct and mentor young people through stages of business and career.

We partner with highly motivated individuals and organizations with a strong will to bring about development, creating more platforms for entrepreneurs to express their individual creative ingenuity in business. We also create an avenue and platforms for individual job seekers to earn a sustainable means of livelihood managing and executing outsourced projects.

 

COMPANY HISTORY

2010

Humble beginnings

In 2010, a group of passionate and concerned private sector leaders representing key economic sectors conceived the Jobcentre Africa and sustained it as a platform for bringing together private sector leaders and senior public sector officials to channel a sustainable path for the future of the African Workforce.
2012

New headquarters

Over the years, JobcentreAfrica has emerged as Africa’s leading Workforce oriented organisation, involved in training and advocacy. During this period, the organization has accomplished a great deal in terms of research outputs and implementation of training programmes, seminars, conferences, and workshops aimed at facilitating the formulation and implementation of social and economic reform programmes for the growth and transformation of the African economy.
